Plattsburgh is the only New York town we serve, and it is a genuinely different place from the Vermont side rather than just a further drive.
A large part of the housing here came out of the old Air Force base era, which means a lot of mid century building stock with shared characteristics: similar layouts, similar framing, and similar problems arriving at similar times. If one house on a street needs it, the neighbors usually do too, which makes going in together worthwhile.
